I pride myself on being a good client, was always on time, gifts, tips, etc.
Had a session booked today in an area I don't know well. Left early to make sure I had enough time, then a transit problems strike, my pre-planned route is thrown out the window, and being possibly the worst person in the world with directions I have no idea how to make my way back to the location. Phone won't get Internet.
Get home, check email, this well reviewed SP is rightfully calling me a time waster and already on social media about it. Can't blame her since basically her experience with me was negative and she doesn't have counterexamples to know that it was an exception.
Feels bad man, any tips on how to approach this to establish some credibility? I haven't seen this person before but have wanted to for a while..
