Looks to me like this is a Micro in the new condo complex just east of 200th on Fraser Hwy.
If so, nothing good has ever come from there- only aunties IME. I've walked on at least 2 occasions

It doesn't look like a micro ad to me. They advertise Caucasian and the prices don't sound like micro pricing to me.
Yes ddcanz is right that there's a few micros in that area and they typically haven't been good however there have also been a few independent's working in the same area. On a side note Gia LL 2216 used to work in that area before she moved to her current location in Surrey Central.

Hey guys i was about to toftt, but walked when i seen a shorty chubby Filipina. The channel girl was sitting outside the elevator and was yapping about nonesense. Total fake gangster wanna bee white trash.
Id hit channel ,but her texts to me were just straight bizz.. rude..
