Hi everyone just out of curiosity, is it normal for a provider to contact me after one month of my last visit to her to check on my well being?

No. It's incredibly unprofessional but not unheard of. She's probably looking for a repeat booking because times are slow, unless you developed a friendship or something. Unsolicited contact is very dangerous for clients, in case they are married, or otherwise privacy conscious. Ladies, please don't do this!

Hence why you should always use a burner phone/SIM for play

No need. All correspondence thru WhatsApp, and just hide the conversations you don’t want your wife seeing. Then set up a password to show hidden conversations, which you enter in the search bar. You don’t get notifications of messages that are hidden, either.

It does happen, like the mod said usually to drum up business. It’s a bad idea for SPs to do that though, unless you’ve given permission.

I’ve been sent the “how are you?” texts, the unsolicited nudes, the filthy dirty talking texts, the notifications of an STI exposure….all of which are bad. Nothing more than an innocuous “Hi” to start a convo when it’s safe, that’s the only acceptable unsolicited text.
