The tweet title is misleading as well.... Im pretty sure Portland and San Fran have this concept of selling 'safe drugs'

Its just today's version of yesterday's dispensaries. He's doing it to create a buzz around the controversy and inevitable police reaction. Plus I'm sure he made some pretty fat cash in the meantime! I can only imagine the number of young suburbanites that crashed the party when they saw that he was selling MDMA as well!
