I'd be willing to bet a fair amount of time the inability to orgasm with an SP arises from some form of guilt. It could be guilt that you're cheating or perhaps lingering guilt that you're exploiting the female to some degree. The subconscious is pretty powerful.

IME, as weird abnormal & sick as it may seem to be, the sexual pleasures become more intense with the hours & days of humping and not cumming. That's interesting but it makes sense. You see a sort of justification when you see the whole "getting a blow job" isn't cheating. And I think some guys only get oral or a massage for that reason (and that's fine). It feels like it's "cheating light" perhaps? It's easier to live with the guilt.
