Is it overkill to dress up in suit or sportscoat/dress trousers for a session?

Whenever I was wearing a suit it was very well received and seemed to give some extra mileage with those I had seen before. Once I visited a lady for a 3rd date and wasn't wearing a jacket/tie and she was a little disappointed. Asked why not and then I realized I had been wearing one the first two times. Made a note for the next time and she sure appreciated it.

I normally wear nice jeans/chinos and a button up shirt to my sessions. Wondering if it would be overkill to show up in a suit or sportscoat/dress trousers? I've amassed a collection of tailored clothing that I used to wear on date nights with the wife, but now that we have a kid (and another on the way) and with covid, I haven't been able to wear them in a couple of years and wouldn't mind the opportunity to dress up again. For the suits, it's not your typical work/business suit, have a few made of interesting fabrics/patterns/colors (e.g. fresco wool, donegal tweed, check patterns, plum color, etc.). Would like to hear from the ladies if you enjoy having us dress up, or would it be kind of weird?
Date night with the wife clothes you haven't worn for a couple years. Now you want to wear them to visit an SP or three. You'll probably look good in a pine box in a plum color not your typical work/business suit. There'll be some overkill, like your wife having you resuscitated so she can do you in all over again...:ROFLMAO:

I suspect you’ll have a hard time making an impression on an SP just by wearing a suit. Doubt the return on investment is worth it.
My guess is just not being a jerk will earn you more points.

You totally should. I remembered hearing/reading (not sure which) what seems to be a million years ago that a suit is like lingerie for women.

nobody has mentioned the logistics of where do you hang your nice threads?

most places I've been to lack hangars, etc. and I've piled my clothes on a chair.
and these are the agencies that advert with 260/hr and up ladies.

Excellent point, @grusse.
I am often wearing a suit/ sport coast as I am dressed for work and often can only find time to play when I have an unexpected break in my day.
The ladies seems to always comment on the attire - but grussee is absolutely right - there is never any place to hang your clothes …

Actually this is a really good point...a couple of my favourite ladies don't have hangers and I've had to pile my clothes on a dresser or chair as well...

Thanks for your concern! :ROFLMAO: Thankfully, I have my wife's blessing to partake in this hobby! She has joined me for erotic couples massages and some BDSM sessions in the past.

Well, dude…”tell us how you did…”, older Van Halen fans will get that one.
If you’re younger, did it work for you? Was the lass impressed? Would you recommend doing it up for the rest of us knuckle draggers?
My carhartts have lots of room for balls which makes them comfortable, so I’m with the carhartt crew.

As an older professional, I was always used to wearing suits and sportjackets and slacks to everything, including my close encounters. I always got a nice compliment on how well I was dressed and looked so I have continued the tradition. It especially seemed to get a positive reaction from the younger ladies...For you younger guys, pulling off the tee and jean look is easy but for us older guys, we need to work at it to look this good.....the quote earlier was spot on I think....

“A man dreams of a naked woman laying over the hood of a Porsche. A woman dreams of a well dressed man driving one.”

So feedback from two ladies I've seen is that it's a definite yes to dressing up! If you think about it, it makes sense - they take the time/effort to dress up for us, right?

Judging by a popular Local Lady's Twitter, the OP made a good Impression . 😉 👍👍
She has requested the next time I see her, I come fully dressed Peaker Blinder's style full on with waistcoat and pocketwatch 😂

If only I was better looking, I'd have ladies throwing themselves at me then 😅
