I haven't been with many and I am not that regular as well. But most of the times girls ask if i have seen any other providers in the past and provide reference. I have mostly used some advance money to fix the spot but sometimes reference is a deal breaker. How should I ask for reference from the girl I have seen before?

In my experience, ladies of quality are always happy to provide references if you want to see someone else. They understand the nature of the relationship and the search for variety. I always ask the lady who knows me for permission first, before giving her contact information to the one seeking a reference.

I’m happy to provide references, but will not confirm or deny having met someone unless they have explicitly given me permission to do so.

I feel that can provide an outline for the information do you want to provide the lady you are asking a reference from with.
I want my friends to have a plethora of amazing experiences, so I’m happy to facilitate that. However, I don’t want to spend an hour trying to figure out who “John, whom I met once in 2016 is. You know… John… With the brown hair” 😁
if you are a regular, just ask her at your next meeting. Let her know that you’re interested in seeing person XYZ, and could you provide your reference.
If it has been a while, or if you’ve only seen her a couple of times and you aren’t sure if she will know who you are, provide as much information about your experience with her to jog her memory. This does not mean what you did in the bedroom, or what her apartment looks like.
If you brought a small gift, mention what that was. If you talked about your trip to Tibet, remind her of that conversation. She has to remember YOU in order to give a reference. Telling her things about herself will not help the process
