I was re-reading the thread and I wasn't aware of the condo's in St B . Those would work for me. I agree with downtown being a pain.

VIPOTG used to work out of brand new condos right over the Provencher Bridge. Very central yet has lots of parking on street, even during Jets games. You can whip over the bridge for a drink after enjoying a lady's company.

I can see the appeal of the Airport for all the rich dudes in Tuxedo, River Heights and Charleswood.

Big fan of the Polo Park & airport area - tons of parking, and almost impossible to get noticed by F & F

Definitely airport and polo park area is the best. Ample parking spaces.
I hate parking in downtown.
Not much experience with pembina which I guess would be okay too.
But definitely north end is a no no

I have to laugh at the 'burner' or 'pooner' vehicle. I have seriously considered buying a $2000-$3000 grey or beige 4-door sedan because everything else I drive is unique and/or customized :nod:

There's always taxi service. Now, if we could just get Uber or Lyft.
