So I have a tenant in a rental property of mine and her Nov 1st rent cheque bounced. Now this chick is smokin' hot. Ermm....the situation might go from her owing you rent to you owing her the property, after settlement. If she can't make rent, you can be sure she's looking to make easy money and there's nothing easier than suing your pants off (pun intended).
