So I have a tenant in a rental property of mine and her Nov 1st rent cheque bounced. Now this chick is smokin' hot. (I'm a perv, and I only rent this place out to hot chicks, lol) So being the perv that I am, I want to fuck her a few times in lieu of getting paid. How do you suppose I go about bringing this proposal up without being kicked in the groin or getting sued for sexual harassment?

Ermm....the situation might go from her owing you rent to you owing her the property, after settlement. If she can't make rent, you can be sure she's looking to make easy money and there's nothing easier than suing your pants off (pun intended).

Even if she's agreeable at the time, she can still come back and say she was pressured/under duress.

Don't do it. It's just as bad an idea as fucking someone you work with. It has a huge potential for complications.

Many years ago, I worked for a corporation where the travel reservations lady (remember them?) was boinking her landlord in return for free rent on her apartment. She had to move out because he got tired of her and wanted to do her 15-year-old daughter instead.

Mind you, she went from that situation into an affair with a senior manager. She made the mistake of blabbing about it and word got back to his wife. She was canned immediately. (As I said, it was a long time ago; you couldn't do that today).

MJ u won't get sued for sexual harassment, she's neither a coworker, employess or even a fellow student. I would out and out call her and point out that she's late on rent and say you can wait a couple of days in lieu of her making you dinner. If she balks go to the RTO, have an eviction order issued and go pay a $100 to have the sheriff throw her shit out on the street!

Irrelevant re: sexual harrassment.

IIRC sexual harrasment is defined as any unwanted comment, gesture, or action of a sexual nature.

The "relationship" between those involved in the incident, the environment, location, etc. has absolutely no bearing on what constitutes harassment.

What a f*#@ing bad idea! More likely rather than doing the "pokey", he will end up living in the pokey. Sexual harrassment is heavy stuff, and extortion of sexual favours is even moreso.
