there are at least one per major city in the USA, and canada is next specially since the olympics are bleeding us dry and there is no way to even make up the security budget back. And yes us lucky vancouverities will be left with the bill.

these are not bumbs, they are working class people with no homes. This is not going away, it will not get better for a long time. Especially since the bail outs are basically loans to big business paid by the taxes of the working class, so basically once the economy picks up well have to pay of the half a trillion dolar deficit spending that canada is embarking.

Bums tend to be people that make stupid financial decisions and never learn from them. These people purchased a home that they could not afford, and that was with intrest rates going down!

Why should the bank stock owners like me take a hit because these idiots could not make thair payments that they agreed to. If i get a dividend cut then im going to be shell shocked.

Possibly the banks should have made sure they actually qualified for the loans they were given, instead of just needing a pulse?
The person taking out the loan knows best what they can or cant afford.

Would you borrow more money then you knew you could pay back just because you could get the loan?

People borrow money all the time with good intentions until something bad happens. Kinda like lending money to a friend til next Monday and then next Monday never comes. Banks use to have strict lending policies which they got away from and helped creat this mess.

So to answer your question, no I wouldn't but many would. There is a reason you go for a loan cause you need money, the thing is, you should have to qualify for it. Breathing and having the best of intentions just isn't good enough.
So far the banks have been getting 100% of the blame for this and i dont think its fair. The people that actually defaulted on the loan need to take some blame too.

um since the federal reserve was instituted inflation has gone up 96 percent in 94 years. As soon as it hits 100 the dollar will collapse. With the current economic bailouts, i dont expect it to last to much longer before the nau kicks in the amero.

Honestly, you don't think it's fair knowing what they have been doing? or because your share price is dipping and will most likely dip a lot more?
I dont think its fair because i make my payments on time. The same idiots that make share prices fall are the same ones that make real estate prices fall. I am personally ok as far as realestate goes but not as far as banks go.

Have you seen Zeitgeist?

I found both films extremely interesting. Especially how some very fundamental beliefs in many religions came to be. Super surprising!

Make sure to watch the older one first. They are long, but the film streams really well and is easy to come back to if you can't watch it all in one go.

Anarcists can get really creative when they are on LSD.:D

None of these movies actually make any sense because right now the president of the US is just an average Harvard grad that was born in Indonisia.

I know, I don't really believe ANYTHING placed before my very eyes these days.. I'm so cynical I don't really believe (though I want to!) that anyone can rise to power without some kind of evil force getting him there. I also don't fully believe all the conspiracy floggers either. I do know one thing.. the big boys DO OWN the media, and they WILL feed you exactly what's needed to steer public opinion.. to control us.

oh.. and if he was born in Indonesia, why is he president? That's not allowed.. remember? Are you believing stuff you read somewhere?

I hate being cynical.. but I can be, without letting it bother me too much. We live like KINGS, all of us.. we're not eeking out survival in a cave somewhere, striving for our next meal and trying to keep warm. We're lucky bastards, and totally spoiled. TOTALLY spoiled!

I recommend we count our blessings, and take a deep breath. This is just the beginning...

I agree with you, i dont know what to believe either but thats not a bad thing. That just means we are not currupted by any of it.

I think obama spent some of his childhood in Indonesia. The only reason i put that in there was because i thought i was dealing with some big time conspiracy believer. The Zeitgeist movies are like a history class at the start untill they bring thair own political agenda into it. Part one is just about how religion came to be and part two is nothing but politics.

He was not born in Indonesia, but the US

The conspiracy theory was that he was born in Kenya, not the US. THis was the first time I heard about him being born in Indonesia. He did live in Indonesia for a few years around age 5

my last post was supposed to be a tongue in cheek silly sexy thing.

Anyhoo.
The reason I posted the link to Zeitgeist is that the clip about how money is created, posted earlier by someone else is actually a clip from the zeitgeist films. (not sure which one)

sorry I got sidetracked.. should have mentioned that.

I just need to add somthing now that i have finished watching the zeitgeist.

The main goal of terrorists is to sway election results in thair favour so that the western democracys will cut back thair militarys. The terrorist groups are just proxy fighters for muslim countrys like Iran. The only way Iran thinks it can surpass western countrys as a superpower is to get a weak left wing governments into power that will cut back military spending.

The best way to do this is by attacking the country and then blame the conservative government for the attack. People then believe it and start making movies like the Zeitgeist. Then in theroey people watch the propaganda and turn against the government and vote in one that will cut military spennding because the military is " bad ". This is what happend in Spain after the train bombings. The public voted out the pro american government and voted in a liberal government that pulled troops out of Iraq.

After the spain elections Osama Binladen declared a so called " truce " with europe. The reason he did this was because he was hoping that other european countrys would follow Spain. Thank goodness they didnt.:)

The reason we are actually in this credit crunch right now is the result of 9/11. Allan Greenspan, chairman of the federal reserve, was told to lower intrest rates after the 9/11 attacks to jumpstart the US economy so that it would not make the country look weak in wake of the terrorist attack. They wanted to end the post 9/11 ressesion. Thats why you see the bull run of the stock market and the housing boom after 9/11.

A point to add

The credit crunch was Osama's goal. He wanted to drag the US into a long expensive war to drain it financially just as the Afghanistan war helped to bankrupt the USSR.

In other words he wanted the US to invade Afghanistan, I dont think he expected Iraq as well, but definately wanted Afghanistan to be invaded by the US

This theory I just gotta hear. Okay how exactly did Obama bring about the credit crunch.

Buddy, he said "osama" not "Obama"......and I sort of agree that some of this was caused by 911, seriously, wtf happened to all the info in those 2 100+ story buildings, was it backed up?????

In addition, it's plain and simple greed that has also helped. Due to modern technology, we are being exposed to more and more narcissistic psychopaths who take deception to a level that most of us can't comprehend. Some are being exposed by the media but most are still out there in the political and financial world doing what they do best....ruining lives.

The religious part of Zeitgeist is inaccurate Horus wasnt crucified and neither was Krishna, however christianity is egyptian sun worship mixed with roman astrotheology. The rest of the movie is accurate. But if you like the occult esoteric new age stuff then google Jordan Maxwell.

Heres Alex Jones vs Peter Joeph (zeitgeist creator)
Bascially theres a hidden message in the second zeitgeist. What was it called the "Venus Project"? Venus as in morning star as in Lucifer in latin? Little NWO influence there? maybe? hmmmmmm?
