Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at csob.berry.edu.

* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Ya. Hey. Back on topic.
I saw this on that site, which I'm still trying to get a handle on...

This is referring to door locks on cars:
Electronic door locks can have three mistake-proofing devices:

1. insures that no door is left unlocked.
2. doors automatically lock when the car exceeds 18 miles an hour.
3. lock won't operate when door is open and the engine is running.
Is this shit actually true? Look at item 2. Has anyone tried this? I'd swear I've opened the door at hiway speed (that's another story) and the door was openable.

Once they lock, they stay locked, from outside. The driver can still open them from inside, but no one can open them from outside without a key or remote. That's true whether you're driving at 120km/h or stopped at a red light.

Personally, I hate automatic car locks. My current car doesn't have that "feature", but on a previous car, I was able to program it so that they didn't automatically lock when a certain speed was attained.

New lawn mowers are required to have a safety bar on the handle that must be pulled back in order to start the engine. If you let go of the safety bar, the mower blade stops in 3 seconds or less. This is an adaptation of the "dead man switch" from railroad locomotives.

I disabled mine since I got sick and tired of restarting the mower everytime I had to move a rock or some little thing in the way.
