Idea for PERB-anonymous review form that keeps a data set on the provider.

I'm a bit late, but instead of that, I was wondering why PERB, TERB and MERB don't all use the MERB way of reviewing, which is bunching up all the reviews of a single provider in 1 thread, instead of multiple?

It's always confusing for me to search up a provider and find 28 different thread about that person, instead of 1.
I like it. It would force the year end reviewers to divide their summary posts.
Also, I don't know the amount of admin overhead and capabilities that would be required.
The amount of hand holding, and moving that would need to occur to keep it organized and consistent would be a near full time job.

In Victoria, we don't get a lot of reviews. Many times, people who have contributed nothing decide it is their call of duty to attack the reviewer for the design of their review. For me, anyone who is willing to provide a review should be open to write it in the manner they choose and simply be thanked for being a contributor to the board.

I'm procrastinating from cleaning the mess the bears made with my garbage last night, so I was thinking about this. There are a lot of information I am personally seeking in a review that is entirely objective and could be answered with a form; Is the provider the same person in the Ad?, Was the provider on time?, What services were included in the service (have a checklist), What services require an extra fee, What services does she not do?, and so on. Body type, appearance, responsiveness, attitude, could all be selections in a form. You search the name (or even a numerical code for the provider as there's a lot of name changes), and it would pull up an overall review percentage of all the people who completed the form. 100% said it was the same person in the Ad, 75% said the provider was on time, body type athletic, etc.

The subjective reviews are good, but you have to read a whole bunch of filler to get to the information you actually want.
Having only been here 6 months, you may not have noticed that many reviews are not reviews of the provider, but reviews on the prowess of the review writer. Your "Brilliant Idea" would rob them of bragging rights.

Secondly, your "Brilliant Idea" also does not allow for the provider to opt out of any services your form would commit them to providing. Not all clients receive the same services from a Service Provider, for many reasons. Hygiene, attitude, chemistry, comfort level...... Treating a Service Provider as a commodity, and not as a human being, is not going to endear you to any Service Provider.

If the person that greets you at the door does not look like the pics in the ad, or is not the person entirely, WALK!!!

Your argument is you have to sift through a plethora of information to find what you want. You want a shortcut, while also making it easier for those with a vendetta. or agenda, to easily enter false information, without moderation, or a limit to the number of times they can enter information. What would stop a person, male or female, from anonymously entering false stats, affecting the reputation of a Service Provider? Your "Brilliant Idea" has holes too big to ignore.

Do your research. Read reviews. Reach out to other members. Contact the provider, expressing what you are looking for and agree upon the Services before committing.

Admittedly that takes more time than what you propose. However, what you are proposing is best kept to yourself.

People who contribute nothing yet constantly make demands urk me.

I don't understand the lack of appreciation for someone's contribution and efforts.
I don't understand the lack of contribution for someone who is demanding of others. Lead by example.
People are weird.

Bang on. "Review board" is thin veneer for "locker room". Oh I'm guilty of it myself, but I don't have any illusions about it.

On top of all previous points, anonymous reviews lead to shills, pimps, etc pumping up the scores of their ladies, and potentially others disparaging ladies in retribution for refused sessions, or even ladies reviewing other ladies to impact scores. Never going to happen.

Well, you don't have to bunch all the previous reviews, just to do it a new ways moving forward!
