There are many people who actually think that as long as there is no CIP, it should be okay. They truly believe this, and it might be worthwhile to have some brochures with a reality check from the Health Nurse to educate them lol. Ignorance comes on both sides, clients and sps. It is similar to those who don't swallow because they somehow think it is safer than swallowing. Once there is CIM, it really isn't going to make a difference any more if she swallows or not. By that time, it is too late to think about safety or health issues lol.
Frankly, unless she charges extra, I cannot see any incentive whatsoever for an sp to provide this other than the fact that she might have the same client repeat more often? It certainly can't make much difference or be an incentive simply because it feels better for him, unless you factor in that he might be finished quicker.
