How risky are BBBJ's?

I see lots of guys here into BBBJ's. What's your take on it? Do you think it's worth the risk? How likely it is to get an STI from BBBJ's?

I remember a fellow member said that he got infected because of BBJ and for next few months it was like 'peeing blades".

Having said that........... for me it is BBBJ or bust!.

Got a STI once from it, hurt to pee and I mean HURT for like 8 to 10 days, I remember dreading pissing and saving bathrooms until my bladder was going to pop.

I do not go to SPs who don't offer BBBJ/DFK. Besides having a shower before it, a good SP would rinse her mouth with mouthwash and offer you to do the same. Then it is 99.9% safe.
