I think the history is less important than talking about sex itself. The only thing history really tells you is how much experience your partner has and even then that info is extremely unreliable. Talking about how much sex you want/like, how you like it and what turns you on are far more important topics overall and are more likely to get you useful information that can be used to figure out if you're sexually compatible.If sex is a priority in the relationship, sexual history is going to come up sooner or later.
