Probably would've been flamed by all the naysayers
I thought yours was good before you deleted....![]()
And I've heard that you also believe in Santa Claus.I've put all my personal naysayers on ignore and happily go about believing everyone likes me now.

All right guys.
If money makes the world go 'round and is the answer to getting laid.... how important is money TO YOU?!?!
Were you raised to think "I have to be a good provider", "I need to make lots of money", "I have to prove I am better than the guy next to me".
Please, give us ladies your thoughts as to how you feel about money.
Isn't it all about money, power and influence, or do I watch too many soap operas!?!?![]()
You had me until this line...would you please elaborate?I think the difference is men care about their money. Women care about a mans money.
I know very few guys that even consider wages when they date a new girl.
Whereas most women I have dated have literally asked me how much I make, in the first few dates (what a turnoff).
My friend found out the hard way, poor girls have benefits. If a lady is making $20,000 a year, she probably has little savings, but also little debt.
My friend that started dating a teacher making a decent wage. Only to find she had over $75,000 in Mastercard debt all at 12.9%.
They dated 9 months before she told him, and then wanted him to pay it, even though he makes about $10,000 a year less than her.
The lady making $20,000 doesn't have this opportunity
Someone working for minimum wage, its harder for them to owe mastercard $75,000.You had me until this line...would you please elaborate?
I'm with you now...dating a poor girl has its benefits because she likely won't be bringing a bunch of debt into the relationship. Not to be trite or make broad generalizations, I don't think it's about the money. It's all about the person's values around money.Someone working for minimum wage, its harder for them to owe mastercard $75,000.
Because credit card companies won't let them borrow that much.
If you make $20,000 a year, maybe you get a $5000 credit limit......
If someone makes $70,000 a year, credit card companies have no problem letting you borrow as much as you want.
This ^I think the difference is men care about their money. Women care about a mans money.

Hmmm, I am wondering if that saying will catch on. I will try to remember it.Money doesn't necessarily buy happiness, but a lack of money certainly causes problems. I have always worked enough to make sure I don't have to worry too much about money. But I don't feel the need to kill myself working long hours to make more and more and more. Especially when CRA takes 40% off the top.
