How do SP's view PERB?

I just recently called an SP whom I learned about via this board. Strangely enough, though, she indicated that one of her pet peeves was PERB. This even though, I can only recall positive reviews of her service in the past. I know some SPs participate on this board very regularily. Is it possible that we maybe, as pooners, doing ourselves a dis-service by mentioning to the girl that we read about them on Perb?

It has it's points and it's losses. Seriously, I would like to have this question answered in a thoughtful concise manner:

Just because a woman "works" in the trade, does that give you the right to review her or should she be reviewed?

I work, and prefer not to see people that would grade me on an L/A/S rating, I am a human being, not just a cut of meat. I can understand to the point of someone being ripped off, either client or provider. That's what bad date lists are for.

I also feel that what happens between two people, should be between two people, not every Tom, Dick Or Harry.

All in all, I am glad that I am NOT reviewed, and don't see people that would review me. Some might argue that would put a dent in my business, others could care less. The way it is now, I do just fine on my own, doing my own thing.

Some reviews do go over the line,

but do you see a dentist, doctor, lawyer or other professional who
charges upwards of $200 an hour without a reference, referral or review???

My biggest question is not looks but attitude: if the sp has a great
attitude I can overlook her features as long as any differences are
reasonable.

But having an sp advertise she is a goddess and she's a goat with
an attitude to match and you can bet your ass I would have appreciated
a decent review.

And just like you won't see anyone who might review you, I won't
see sps who won't be reviewed.

Evens out in the end, n'est pas?

ah men and women we are so very different.

Women don't want to be seen as a pork chop and men don't want to be seen as a wallet.

As another poster suggested would you hire an attorney without checking references? Would you hire a realtor? A car mechanic? Anyone to work for you? Would you go somewhere on vacation without doing some preliminary research first?

The fact is anyone who purchases/hires anything or anyone without some sort of review or what not is only asking for trouble.

And usually ends up paying much more than they bargained for.

I think they are generally good for the girls. If I do a bad review I always go into detail about what I didnt like. I have heard quite a few times by different girls they dont like very graphic reviews. As always YMMV and going into a session expecting to get everything another poster got or maybe lied about getting I dont think is what is always going to happen.

I am with the Ghost on this one...

I think you have to have think skin to read something about yourself, even more so if it is negative. On the flip side, I am sure that there are things that Sp's do for some customers they do not want everyone to start asking for. (Famous YMMV) They don't want to be expected from all customers, and some of you reading this, may not understand, that what happens on any given day, may not happen exactly the same the next day for the same guy, nevermind a different guy?... just too many variables. But I will say this, generally I find the ladies that post on perb to be understanding of the situation, and normally can come out looking very classy, when they have negative reviews and are able to reply with-out just attacking the poster.

Then again I think any SP that is not happy with Perb or all the other boards is in the wrong business, as the boards are here to stay, the only thing they can do is choose their customers well...

Are there any well reviewed Ladies that refuse to see Perb...erts? I hear from time to time, but I don't remember it ever being a very well reviewed SP. I think there are some ladies that really want reviews, as hazbeen says it seems good for business. I know that some ladies on Perb may not see other perb members, but that is mostly due to the person's attitude or values...

I for one, don't see perbs, or any other review board members for that matter. And you don't see women that don't want to get reviewed. To each their own:) It's all good. I prefer to keep it that way, as I feel that what goes on between me and a person, should be between us only. Being critiqued in a good or bad way is NOT a turn on for me. I don't "cater" to the review board clientele, and that suits me just fine. Not every client or woman working, is a member of a board. I prefer to keep my life, my clients that way (to myself and not the masses)

Have to agree with hedgeman....being that the purpose of this board is to "review" SPs, why are you here with a moniker and a few posts including your own comments/opinions regarding another SP?

Because I can, that's why. And I still "work". And as a "public service" I report harassing conduct against myself, so that others are aware. It not only affects myself, but others as well whom this person has harassed and continues to do so. Again, just because I don't follow the status quo of seeing anyone from message boards, doesn't mean I can't post does it? If the powers that "be" could clarifiy that, I would appreciate it. This is also a discussion board, from what I have seen. I come here do discuss what is written in threads.

i suppose if you're making good money doing what you're doing without relying on perb as either advertising or a detriment if you provide poor service then more power to ya. but if you're like totally touchable tiffany then perb would have done you a great service. i've never seen her but boy do i want to after seeing the comments she gets. my own opinion is that if you reject heavily to having something said about you then chances are you're hiding something.

how can you claim to be against a board or not catering to it's clients when you're part of it?
I might post here, but I don't see anyone from here, personal choice. I don't cater to the people here, which means I don't see them. Any better clarification wise?:)

I do quite well actually, I make enough to live my life as I see fit and what that entails (advertising, cost of living etc)

How can you say you don't see Perbs..... Maybe you can say you don't generally see perbs, but how do you know? Obviously if they contact you via Perb, you know, but you obviously don't advertise here, as you don't want that clientele? And I clean my forehead everytime I go to see an SP. How do you advertise? CL?

From my point of view..

I have been on perb for a couple of years now and I must say that it has been a wild ride at times:)

But like anything, you get the good with the bad.

Sooo many people who have turned out to be great I probably never would have met if they had not been able to a) access my reviews on perb or b) enjoy online banter with me through perb.

However, I have had a few spats here and there which has earned me some detractors. But in the long run, I know who I am, I stand behind my service and I believe that realy speaks for itself.

As Iwannarocu (god I always get that name wrong babe!) says, most ladies are less inclined to be super jazzed with the gory detailed "her pussy looked like x, I slammed her this way, I could feel the hot juices...." kind of reviews because it is an intimate experience and reading about it when it is put that way would make any lady blush I think....myself included.

On the other hand, I think ladies can use perb as an interesting tool to see what it is that makes sessions special for the gentlemen who visit us and evolve their service to meet those needs. I have referred some ladies who have emailed me out of the blue looking to get into the buisness to perb and I know that they have gleaned insight into the buisness and the minds of the potential client this way.

To say that you do not see people from perb, I can't remember who said that, is an interesting comment. When we look at a thread and see that there have been 2000 views and probably 20 posts, one realises that soooo many members just simply use the search function, read it and log off and will never post. In fact, I would wager to guess that most people who read perb are non posters.

So what are my thoughts on perb? Useful. Sometimes erratic. Must be taken with a grain of salt. Great advertising for those who wish to do so. Great for potential clients to glean insight into the lady they want to see. Wish there was less "politics" and more honest reviews done in a respectful manner even if they are negative. And last but not least.....INCREDIBLY FUNNY sometimes:) Better than the tabloids!!!!

Rock on!

If I wanted to let you know how/where I would advertise, then I would have to pay to do on this site, which I am not interested in doing so(becoming a paid advertiser here) It all comes down to personal choice, and it goes either way. I am not offended that you choose not to see a person that does not want to be reviewed, just like I don't see members that are reviewers. It's all good, so no worries.

I didn't say that, and I am not asking for you to advertise here, just asking what you do for advertising, and why you think nobody talks about you on any board?

In order for me to reveal how I advertise, or where I believe I would have to become a paid member, which I chose not to do so. And I know for a fact that no person "talks about me on any board" because I am a member of quite a few, and read them daily.

Again, have a good one:) I am simply stating to what, and why I think review boards are, as the title of the thread was inviting Sp's/workers/etc to comment and I have. I am wondering why you want to know where I advertise? I choose to keep my information to myself, I don't feel I have to reveal where, when how I advertise, just because I am participating in threads, on a board promoting the reviewing of members. Simply stating my own two cents in regards to the thread topic.
