helper.dll

Started up my computer and a folder called Common appeared, located in programs folder. In the open folder is a program called helper.dll size 276kb. Is this malware or a virus? I run Panda antivirus, Spywareguard and Spyware blaster and they have detected nothing. If it is malicious how do I get rid of it?

Tried that site. Really does not tell me anything unless I am missing something. I have never had it come up until today. Would appreciate any info anyone might have.
