You joined perb in last three days, and that is the first question you ask? lol. I don't think i have ever seen a person joining an escort review board and in less than three days ask questions related to employment and/or cough.
Usually it is, "I want to have sex, who do you recommend?"
Seriously, sometimes you just have to have a thick skinned because they might just be joking. But that's just me, I laugh everything off ....well, I try to anyways.
I'm an employer, and I've been an employee.......if I start riding my cowboys nerves a little to much, they will take me aside and tell me they have a problem with what I've said.
I will take that into consideration, and the fact I may loose a valuable employee that I just might find I can't live without.
The ones that screw up, and make me raise my voice, in a very serious tone......they never take me aside, they wouldn't friggin dare.
When the comments are not serious, and get carried away, people can talk about it....when the screw ups are serious, they don't get talked about in a joking manner, because someone's cowboy wages are on a very fine line, and so are my profits which pay those wages.
I know when I make a snappy comment to an employee, and they give me one back.....it's kinda like we are voicing our opinions on a certain subject, both getting it off our chest.
In the end, joking around is fine but......I'm the dude the cowboy works for, and if that's forgotten, or disrespected,it never works out well for them.
On the same tone....I have to leave them a little pride in themselves as well. They are after all Cowboys and pride is what they run on.

do yourself a favor, and if you are serious about fixing your problem you will go out and buy this book immediately and start reading it

Quit whining. If you get other people sick you deserve the consequences.

If you just started there recently they will rib you as the new guy, it’s a test to see if you can stand up and make the team. You have to acquire thick skin and make sure you do the job properly and do your share so they can rely on you. Take some pride in your work, remember there is no such thing as a job that can’t be well done. If you do this you will be appreciated, a whiner will not, suck it up and git er done!
