And just for the record, I haven't even requested a deposit from any Perb members yet. In fact, the only deposit I've received so far was from a wonderful gentleman who was planning to drive two hours to see me (Non Perb member). 💕
I haven't exactly had enough interest to be chasing people down for deposits. I'm still feeling a bit like the city's best-kept secret😉

Deposits are simply part of how I book, especially when travel is involved. Like many independent ladies, I invest time, money, and planning before I even arrive.
