So i find this hobby really expensive and maybe see someone once a month. My question to those who visit regularly, what do you do for a living?
Guys who visit SP's more than once a week, how?!

I am fortunate and no longer work, but my former occupation was a security contractor, which is where I learned that life is short and you better spend it, or someone else will!
I earn a really high income and I just go without pooning now. The prices are just to shockingly high 🤦🏻♂️
I'm not once a week but sometimes it's close to that.
I set up a little private nest egg for a rainy day when I was working, put a bit in when I could and some of the proceeds of a lucky business deal. Back then I never saw escorts or had any vices to blow the money on, and my personal life was very conservative and boring. So the $$ sat waiting for the proverbial rainy day to come.
I retired long ago and when you get to a certain point in life you realize that a) life is short and b) the old equipment may not work for ever. (lots of prostate cancer in the family tree) So the nest egg is getting used for my own pleasure, and if I time it right the money might last until I'm no longer able to have sex with beautiful women.
Inflation in the the SW world is cutting into things however, and I may slow down a bit to make the money last a little longer.

I also find the quality of the SPs in vancouver are quite low with high prices. compared to sugar babies especially which seems to be the more popular way to go with most of the girls in their 20s (most attractive demographic). If i wanted a woman in their 30s or 40s to sleep with, I would just go to tinder/bumble/hinge. hard time justifying paying $500 an hour plus, when more attractive girls are doing it for free or for lower prices elsewhere. I think alot of SPs these days just dont live up to their photos as well, sure, you are always taking a gamble as to what their face looks like, but its their bodies and ages that seem to be very inaccurate with all the photo editing, filters, and professional photos going on these days, seems like every SP who books a bodouir photoshoot thats highly edited and uses the most flattering angles, thinks that justifies rates north of $500 these days. then you have the older guys on here claiming girls are in their 20s, when as a guy in his 20s I know for a fact they are way older, no woman my age looks as old as alot of these SPs who are advertising as "in their 20s". I dont care how wealthy you are, if you take an hour plus out of your day and spend $500+ just to be let down or have a mid experience, your gonna feel disappointed afterwards. also high rates doesnt mean you wont have to spend 10-15 minutes waiting outside their incall while they need a "couple more minutes" to get ready when you arrive on time.
like I get that renting your incall is expensive, but that doesnt justify charging higher rates while not providing services I cant get elsewhere. this is why many girls go the agency route, so they dont have that overhead. I dont wanna spend higher rates because some SP is bad at running her "business". plus I know some of you arent paying taxes on your SP earnings (and before I get attacked, yes, I know some of you do)
I think alot of these SPs need a reality check too, if your getting older, and raising your rates, your gonna have a tough time. theres countless of academic , cross cultural studies showing that in general men prefer woman in their early 20s. so why are you out here raising your rates when you reach your 30s, theres always a new batch of younger, tighter, hotter girls coming up. I think they know this too, which is why almost all of them lie about their age.
I usually see a sugar baby once a week, with SPs its more like once a month now if not less. and almost only girls who book same day..
ive found myself going more towards the massage with happy ending route these days, atleast its relaxing and an experience I cant get outside this hobby, glad agencies like coco collective are starting to offer this, I hope other agencies follow suit. especially since the independent massage section of leolist is dry these days.
I know theres a few SPs on here who have a meltdown when men state their standards and preferences, which is very immature, and makes me think you have an issue with consent. So I will say it now, I will not reply to any SP who responds to my post negatively.

I still find Asian fever to be quite reasonable in comparison within the current environment. For the most part, for me, their service is solid and the ladies -- subjective to many ----- are fine in my eyes. Routine service but that's OK with me. There are a couple of Caucasian ladies on Perb who I very much WOULD LOVE to visit, but are a bit too high priced. But they have the right to charge what they feel is right for themselves 
Those who can afford it and find it a good value for their $ will continue to engage the hobby; those who don't appreciate the experience for the cost will reduce or eliminate their participation. Or they may move to massage or less costly options. Like every other discretionary purchase. It is not that complicated. I eat out less simply because what I believe is the cost of getting a very average meal makes it not worth it to me.

There are a lot of self employed fairly successful guys here.

Folks, once again, we don't allow complaints about nor discussion of prices. Since this is in general versus naming anyone specifically I won't delete it, but I will need to close it down. You are entitled to your opinions and you can certainly vote with your spending, sounds like many of you are.
The ladies are entitled to charge as they please and your choice is to see them or not. You cannot buy anything for the same price you did before the pandemic, so inflation has hit every sector, including the sex business.
