I feel pretty embarrassed about this, but there's definitely growing sexual tensions between me and a newer colleague of mine. I'm in my late 20's and thing is she's 18 yo (turns 19 in march 2022).
She's pretty much hinted for us to hookup in the past, and I was definitely not sure of the legalities. Esp mixing in with work.
If we did hookup, is that illegal? She's again only 18, I read the laws in Canada, and it says if they are "under the age of 18" it is illegal. But wording confuses me. does it mean '18 AND under' or simply once they turn 18 it is legal if we decide to get initmate?
