Yeah, that could be, but there are 9 different communities in the PS area. PS is just one of them and fairly small at that.
There are a lot of snowbirds and general population here too.

I was there for 2 weeks 2 years ago. Pooning there is a big WOT.

TER was still working back then, and there were ads. I found a few in the area. Mediocre reviews, high prices. I ended up driving to Nevada for a couple of nights. Much better
