Gillis has made some amazing moves. Probable the most and best of any team.
He has put the pieces of the puzzle together.
Hamhuis , and Ballard are HUGE.
Manny i,m scratching my head about but who knows with that one?
Getting rid of Demitra and Mitchell and Wellwood freed up alot of cash.
Once he trades off Beiksa there will be enough cap room to get a big bottom 6 forward.
I think this is now the best team ever assembled for the Canucks and we are going to be a major force now. this team is near complete.

So Sniffy thinks this is the best of any team? Too bad he can't say much of our drafting record. When we consistently draft Inconsistently, like not drafting our very own BC prospects (see Milan Lucic), then all of u CH & KH (not BW) will realize how atrocious Delorme & his baby scouts have been.

We dont draft them , they are draft picks, and Milan went high and we had a low pic....yes it would be nice to have him. A great gritty player.
Its easy to be negitive with this team over the years and many other teams , but BELIEVE , this is a good team now, Gillis made better moves than any GM and has greatly improved this team and got rid of some serious dead weight.
Every goalie has good and bad days , and a winning cup team needs gritty D infront of a goalie.
Lou will have that now. They really have no excuses now except god forbid ...injury...
cheer for whoever you want but if there was and is ever a time to get excited and be on the bandwagon as some of u call it , then this is the year.
and Gillis said this is only day 2 of free agency....I smell another good forward coming that will take a pay cut to be here because the word it out.
