That’s a slippery slope argument by assuming that refunding one verified victim will somehow unleash a wave of scammers. Accountability doesn’t work that way. When an agency admits someone was assaulted and robbed, refunding isn’t generosity, it’s the bare minimum.

And that's where the issue lies. There can be scammers on both sides. It's naive to say that either side has pure intentions 100% of the time. It will be up to both parties discretion. Remember the "me too" and "trust all women" movements? Sure there were legitimate claims but it opened up discussions to the point where a ton FALSE claims were being made to socialy persecute guys without the claimant women ever filing official reports.
