oh yes same... for sure it is a tough job and they charge what they want and deserve but definitely i cannot afford as often as i used to... maybe it is for the better.
It's a dangerous conversation. Multiple Indys and agencies have negotiation as a bannable offense

Yeah, I stick to AMP's now as well and have been banging some pretty hot chicks in the 30 min for $130-$160 range. Helps to have a few regulars so you know who you are getting. Also, if you make a good connection with the mamasan you might get the occasional discount or special offer if you're a loyal customer. Having regulars who are good clients is in their best interests.
A few things here..... a lot of stuff is pricey, but there is some good value out there... if you are a bit open-minded and realistic.
My most recent write-up was "Hani" at XDS, a "model-type" young, skinny Vietnamese girl with amazing enhanced tits and amazing skills. $450/hr. base rate. I paid $700 total for an amazing pantyhose photo/video fuck and CIM session. Worth it? Not for everyone. For me... when I am working on my "art"? Yes. But not every experience can be a special one like that. It is way too expensive. I am working on a series of these "agency" photo/video sessions this year, but if I want to just get laid with a pro... it can be done for FAR less than that in many different good and satisfying ways.
In recent months I have also seen (from my "Asian Aunties" thread), "Kiki," "Juicy Judy," and "Dow Cherry." They are all awesome in my book. None of them can "hold a candle" to "Hani" in terms of looks, face, body, tits, or whatever... obviously.... but they are all $160/hr. base rate. Practically 1/3 what 'Hani" was...base rate... and even less when factoring in extras for both... and all three are reasonably good looking for their age, and are a great fuck... particularly 'Kiki" and "Dow Cherry," who I have gone back to time-and-again.
AMP's are the best value in the market, other than maybe Aunties. I can also tell you... FOR SURE... although I can't provide you with public details on this.... but there are ABSOLUTELY agency gals and mid-range independents that pick-up shifts in the massage parlors - and the rates are far less than what they charge in their agency gigs. It is a sensitive topic... but there are totally ladies that will work at $220/hr. a day or two a week when it comes right down to it... even if their agency rates are much higher. For sure. Take it to the bank. I think that has always been true... and it is definitely true right now in the Vancouver market. It happens. Maybe not tons. But it is real.
There are also lots of awesome looking ladies that work in AMP's normally that are great value. I am a massive fan of "Sandy" at Mansion One/Coco Spa... as people that read the massage section know. She could work as a successful independent no problem. She is easily hot enough. But also some of the "stars" of Swan Lake and some of the other AMP's.... very, very little pressure for tips there, phenomenal service, and some great looking ladies. Many of them are fine (YMMV, it is a complex issue, debated endlessly) with small tips like $20-30 on a session, at normal $150-180-220 sessions (30min., 45min., 60min.). Some are probably fine with no tip, if you stick to the basics and let them know that is your budget.
Cheaper than that? No. Not really. Only on the street, and I don't recommend anyone mess with what is left of that these days. $160/hr. Aunties... or $180/45min. AMP ladies... best value.... or get down to 30min. if that works for you.

In Edmonton, 12 plus years ago, I was paying $200 for a AMP massage & CBJ. I didn't really shop around though. I just stuck to the same place, since it was right near my University. Maybe I was just a schmuck.
I was pleasantly surprised when I started pooning in Metro Vancouver and I could get FS for $160.

And trying to negotiate with someone who you want to suck your cock is pretty shortsighted. You could end up blocked, blacklisted or on the receiving end of a pretty lacklustre BJ.
