Against all expectations the Canucks beat St.Loo,with a depleted lineup,travel from Ney Jersey,5th game in 7 nights,vs. a well-rested and good, Blues team.

I doubt many would've thought they'd get 11 of 14 points on this trip.Torts is getting the most out of them.
Now, I have nothing in the way of solid data to back this,but it seems that many teams,not just the Canucks,if they finish a successful
road swing, have a letdown in their 1st game back home.
the upcoming home stand has Wash,Det,&Tor, all formidable opponents.
what about Buck Pierce???holy crap,something like 5 td drives in 7 possessions?yes, it was vs. the Esks, but still impressive.
I just s..t myself when I saw him running downfield on Logan's td run&then throwing the block that got Logan into the end zone.
Had to lift the entire team but I think Benevides will have to dissuade him from that,esp. with his injury history.
If Riders can beat Stamps today,very possible,then next week's game becomes a must for Calgary&the Lions can be spoilers.
