A healthy colon is your friend!
To keep my bowels moving like westjet (regular and on time and nothing gets lost....vs. an air canada shitter when you never know when you'll lay pipe and you have no idea what the hell came out your arse) I follow a simple routine:
-daily flax oil supplement.....good for all sorts of things and helps to keep your pipes lubed up
-eat a fair bit of yogurt......usually every second morning and also try to stir in some berries and spelt flakes
Despite eating a good amount of meat and dairy (usually two good things to bind your bung) my crap comes out with ease......never have to grunt it out and risk busting an 0-ring or spray the bowl with runny and explosive scat
