I just had a pair of orthothoics made for me from a plaster mold. The practioner is a real doctor. The cost is $375. I am just waiting for extended health to reimburse me.

that is exactly how the places above do them. you can get a doctors prescription to go to them. my shoes that I get made there at the second place run about $900 and I also get orthotics.
