One question...is there a lot of fat on the meat? Like at DD Mau? You know...like bánh mì pork?
Honestly, Im not a connoisseur (like some people I know
) so I don't have much to compare it to (I actually hardly eat out). All I can tell you is that it's yummy, so I assume there's enough fat on the Porchetta. The staff cuts the meat for your sandwich right off the whole roast in front of you, so you can get a good look at it! Then they add bits of rind that are crunchy deliciousness and through the moon!

The one on Cambie makes HUGE California Rolls. One time, I seen a middle aged [white] couple in their one time cannibalizing the roll, only eating the centre and leaving the rice. While the roll is mostly rice, it was truly disgusting to see. Another time, some Middle Eastern dude was all by himself at Ikea Food court. He was eating the rice et al with his fingers. I was tempted to get him a fork, but I doubt he knew how to use it.
Try Tony's Noodle a little bit north before 41st. Have their beef brisket soup with THICK noodle. It's really delicious and filling, for like $5.95.
OMFG. I almost vomited when I seen that pic of those chicken waffles.

Bill, I hope you are joking! Add a little Sriracha and maple syrup, it is like Heaven!! Anyone who has been reading this thread knows I have a heart on for The Rumpus Room, and their chicken is boneless and the waffles are always done just right!!
