i remember watching a tv show on diet along time ago and excercise and health,
i forget most of it,
but the guy said if your going to eat twinkies eat alot of them they have no nutritional value
funny but true i believe if you have a bad diet eat alot, so you make up for the bad nutrition and well excercise to overcome the difference
and i guess the discussion on bread, i remember a doctor who believed you shouldn't even eat bread,
cook wheat berries boil them up put them in the fridge and well ad them to salad or soup. and eat about a cup a day.
processed wheat flour looses something and it spikes blood sugar
i think metabolism has an influence for sure, but its an excuse for alot of people.
i think a big part of flabby bodies is just lifeslye.
and i think a big part of obesity is well emotional i mean were lonly depressed, feel inadequate etc, etc. education or lack there of and well being emotionally unsatisfied with life, and eating is easy. and junk food is cheap
don't know but its not rocket science were a lazy generation, and there is lots of food out there,
and well the more problems we have in life, food becomes a quick fix
