I have a LINKSYS wireless router on my cable modem and a wireless USB on the second computer. Can I transfer files back and forth? How do you do it?

Thanks

send yourself an e-mail with the files attached.

The "PCAnywhere" program has a file transfer in it. I use it between my office and home with no problems.
I also use the program to fax "Word & Excel" files directly from my computer without having to print the page and run over to the fax machine.
You may be able to find it on the net as freeware.

you could also place the files you want to copy into a 'shared' folder on the primary computer. then on the second computer, search the workgroups available , click on the primary computer and your files should be in the shared folder. then it is a simple drag and drop

Just run the "setup a small office or home network wizzard" on both comps and it will turn on file sharing on both box's. Obviously run the wizzard on both comps.

Then like Mike said, dump your shit in the shared folder. If your streaming video no need to copy it to the other comp. The LAN is fast enough to play back in real time, that goes for music too.
