Just noticed they finally changed their plans with no system access fees. I remember arguing with this customer support before switching plans. This sales freak basically told me no way they'll ever wave the system access fee and i cant go month by month ever. I know he's just doing his job but was being a prick acting snotty on the phone.

Quality, not quantity.

Gotta keep up with competition! Now that Koodoo (is that how you spell it? Haha) & so many other companys are on the rize the more local companys have to step it up.

I hate dealing with the 411 people though! I always try and tell myself not to "shot the messenger" but I usually get frusterated and have an emotional war with the agent. Somewhat like "Ah this stupid F***ing company wasting all my F***ing time, you F***ing suck" and then I'll apoligize.. "I know its not you, I'm sorry, lets just talk, I just want you to help...." and then because they never do what I want I usually go back to cursing, "F*** F*** F*** your company blows!"

And it goes on.... & on..... & on like that until some sort of medium is achived, or I hang-up. Its a terrible cycle! Reminds me of my relationships in highschool, haha.

Yes it's funny how 4-5 months can make a big difference. Im told if i want any discount i have to sign a 3 yr deal. Im told to go somewhere else where they have no system access fee. The same customer service freak callled asking if id reconsider since they change things haha

TELUS started and OWNS KODOOs. It is just another attempt by a huge corporation wanting a slice of the independent market and going about it in a sneaky way. (rogers bought fido and i hate them lol I loved Fido).

Bell Mobility is awesome! ALAS the i-phone lured me back to the dark side with rogers, but i'm keeping Bell too because I've been utterly impressed with every aspect of doing business with them
