Were You really that Bad... I don't think so . I'm sure Everyone's attitudes, and passions change over the course of a Lifetime . I wouldn't have thought You're any different .

Ah, some members hated it/me, but just as many loved it.
And let's be honest, some people are stupid and some people are so angry to see a woman/sp speak her mind that they just show contempt. The good old 'I'd never see you after reading your posts', you're losing clients because of this' was always so manipulative. Also completely untrue. I did have someone call me once, not to book, but just to scold me about being outspoken lol I saw a lot of people who thought it was hilarious. Very Veronica was good at that too.
It's funny you chose that quote as it is a perfect example of my mellowing. Those years were when I just went vegetarian as a result of suddenly realizing the atrocities we were inflicting on billions of animals. I was heartbroken and felt so guilty about having taken so long to even think about it. I kept thinking I wished someone had grabbed me and told me all these things earlier.
That guilt made me feel like I should be the one grabbing others and telling them. Then they wouldn't have to one day feel like I was feeling. It was silly but it was actually from a good place, a very sad place. But I was annoying. A friend of mine said I was in my Evangelical phase. Lol
10+ years later I am still vegetarian. I don't know a single other vegetarian, and I don't say anything about it unless asked specifically. Takes time but I never changed anyone's mind when I was intense about it.
I did however help a few people think about it more seriously and make changes in their diet. Not vegetarian but less meat. And I didn't do it by nagging, I just did it by quietly eating my meatless meal. Lol
