This is why I never book tropical vacations months ahead. I'd be pretty pissed if I spent thousands of dollars to escape from this kind of weather.
What is proper balcony etiquette these days?
I was out laying in the sun and happened to glance over to another balcony a few units down - and there's my neighbour leaning on the railing staring right at me. I don't know how long they were watching me. I waved politely and they waved back, but it kinda creeped me out.
I try not to look at my neighbour's balconies when I'm out there, to respect their privacy.

We don't have hi-tech gizmo's like that way out here in the Valley. Mostly simple folk, farmers and factory workers.
The lower elevation ski hills are really hurting. Bring out the mountain bikes!
If I remember correctly, "The Cut" is the big run you can see on Grouse from all over town and it looks like only about one third to half of it even has snow on it.
I've been out suntanning naked on my balcony several times already this year! This has been one of the best weather winters I've ever experienced! Flowers and trees are blooming!

Definately beautiful out ... but OMFG ... hyper allergies !!!! Eyes almost swollen shut without reactin ...
I know! I couldn't figure out why my eyes were so itchy in February. There must be tons of pollen in the air already.

Due to the amazing weather I did soe google searches last night on hiking trails and came across Garibaldi Lake. Its a bit of a treck for a day hike although not unmanageable. Im thinking on a warm summer night ill stock up on some bug spray and camp out with a sleeping bag. Im not sure if Id like to haul a tent and everrything else up. Unless I can find a willing man participant lol. I have camped out on beaches over night and random parks during the summer with friends ano big deal actually the adventure thrills me !!! So Im curious ?? any body been up there or spent a night up there ???

THIS is exactly why I am happy to be moving from my LARGE house on a tiny lot to a smaller house on a HUGE lot! I have so much privacy there now that if I was there, I might think about being out on the deck naked, because that's how I'd rather tan. On the deck, in the sun, in the nude, on a towel! Soon...

I haven't been up there, but I have a friend who I believe has, and yes, it is absolutely magnificant.
I'd probably piss a few people off as I enjoy people watching when I'm high up and have a balcony... and yes, I have seen a few sights sitting out on a balcony (not in Canada, this was in Asia), and that was without the assistance of binoculars
If you want privacy, your balcony is not the right place to seek it.
