Milk de-calcifies your bones...
Stay away from milk if you are older than 2 years old...
The milk lobbyists have done a great job at making us believe milk is good for us, but a study showed a strong correlation between the rates of osteoporosis and milk consumption in several countries across the world. How that all works within the body is quite complex but bottom line - there are many healthier ways of getting your proteins, calcium and good fats :)

no...not the anti-milk propaganda again....

Milk is one of the best muscle foods on the planet. You see, the protein in milk is about 20 percent whey and 80 percent casein. Both are high-quality proteins, but whey is known as a "fast protein" because it's quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. That makes it a very good protein to consume after your workout.

Casein, on the other hand, is digested more slowly. So it's ideal for providing your body with a steady supply of smaller amounts of protein for a longer period of time—like between meals or while you sleep. Since milk provides both, one big glass gives your body an ideal combination of muscle-building proteins.

When the Canada Food Guide first came out, I remember answering a nutrition questionnaire in school, and realizing I drank more milk in one meal than most kids drank in a whole day. I still love milk. I've never had a broken bone in my life and have always had very strong muscles, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I try to keep my dairy intake minimal. My skin and tummy are much happier without it. When I do have it I prefer organic grass-fed milk, greek yogurt & butter. I use cream in my coffee daily but thats about it these days.

Everyone's different. I just do whats right for me :)
I can't imagine myself living without ...ICE CREAM...:)

I was just checking out the Canada's Food Guide...5-10 servings of grains a day??!!!
Canada's Food Guide is a crock of shit written by food industry sales hacks.

Definitely not to be taken seriously.

i'm an Fitness coach/ competitor and dancer so The Gym is a daily thing for me!

definitely everyone that can be active should be active!
as well as eating properly , i cook and prep my meals several days in advance also consume around 4-8 L of water DAILY

everything that is your body will only improve as well , sex drive is also up there, also the amount of sex you get may improve ;D haha
Preparing meals in advance is a great way to help yourself eat healthy when you don't have time to cook. I make huge batches of everything, then store in meal sized containers in the freezer.

Pole dancers are really fit. I have seen a couple of guys at the gym who can do the flag position and that must be the toughest thing there is.
Actually saw a guy in a wheelchair do it.

You can get cards or print them off the net that look like paint samples. They show how clear your urine should be. Not too much, not too little.
