Experiences in Japan?

I'm going to Tokyo in 2 weeks. I saw a place in Shibuya that is quite popular called Tokyo Amatuer Escorts. On their website, they seem to be fine with foreigners and the prices seem reasonable.

Am I missing something?

They are legit and have a good reputation. I suggest searching through the review board on TAG (Tokyo Adult Guide)

It is an English board almost entirely foreigners though many are living in Japan. There are definitely a lot of shops that cater to Japanese speakers only but you can find lots of information on places to start as well on there and reviews are quite thorough. Its well organized and up to date with a ton of great information imo.

People saying to save their money for home and that Japan is not worth it is just crazy advice. I haven't had the time to read through all of this thread since I just discovered it but I plan to come back and read through. Many of my favorite experiences with providers have been in Japan. Obviously you'll have access to much more if you can speak Japanese but even if you can't There are so many great options and a decent amount more affordable than here in BC as well.
TAG (Tokyo adult guide) is the first place you should be looking for information.

I agree. having experienced the true soapland experience, i've been a changed man. Soaplands in Yoshiwara are way more foreigner friendly than i expected. I now have what i consider a "regular" out there cause flights & hotels are cheap enough out there that i can just go piss off for a week and enjoy the most amazing NURU. it's taken me 3 visits to finally get a good handle on things and scout out different shops. the only challenge is that the popular girls are booked up months in advance and they literally are "sold out" for the entire month. TAG is legit and was helpful when i tried to figure out which shops to try.

Reporting back: no luck while I was there. There were plenty of massage parlours, but none that would accept foreigners. Some of the places had websites, but were clearly not catering to English speaking tourists. It's strange that in a such an extremely fetishized culture, they would not have this. I mean, all you have to do is go to the bottom floors of many shopping centres to see hundreds of young girls all dressed up in various anime/cosplay outfits looking like their favourite characters. I know they do it for themselves and to fit into a subculture there, but the Japanese people have a very strange way of expressing their perverseness. It's all white shirts, dress pants/skirts, prim and proper, holding a fan and dabbing their face with a Hello Kitty handkerchief sitting in silence on the subway, while the young girl next to them is scantily clad in a very revealing short private girl mini-skirt with make up like sailor moon. No eye contact by anyone. Trains just for women, which are mostly used by school children. Anyway, Japan is still an amazing place to visit, and some of the woman there are just incredible. There is not shortage of beautiful young ladies there, but just like anywhere, also a fair share of butter faces.

Sorry to hear man. My recent experience was the quite the opposite. Managed to fit in 3 quality soapland experiences and also tried my first health delivery, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Rolled the dice and the girl ended up being 25yrs old and half korean/japanese. feel free to message me if you want any additional insights.

So I tried this amateur delivery service in Tokyo a while ago.
They charged me an extra 5,000 yen "foreigner fee," which I wasn't expecting, and to be honest, I wasn't sure if that was normal.
But surprisingly, the service from the girls was pretty good—much better than I expected.
I first discovered it through a Google search and saw some people sharing their experiences on YouTube under "あいちゃんuber77."
