Ever sacrifice your pooning budget?

I am abstaining for a month to get the Iphone plus no contract.

When, Jack Kilby, was on his deathbed, they asked him if he had any regrets in life; his response was; I will have never owned an iPhone 6/iPhone 6 Plus. Such are the vagaries of life.

Didn't do any research, it has been a long time since I make $100K (thank God too, need far more to live in BC it seems).

And, yes, $250 and hour is "way high end" and largely reserved for guys who only feel good about themselves if they are overpaying for something. YMMV.

Some guys only feel good about themselves if they think they are getting a steal of a deal. They are almost smug about it.

You'll find them clipping coupons and braving the masses to fight for the flyer specials at walmart even though they are flush with cash. All in pursuit of that great deal. But at the end of the day, whatever it takes to feel good about themselves. Live and let live.

Now that means you have an addiction, being cheap for food/clothes and wasting away on escorts.

Of course. In past few years alone, I have had to pay for my MIL's cancer treatment at a privatized hospital in an under developed country. That is not cheap. I've also had to dip into it well over a year with all the physio I need from a car accident I was in. 170/week for a long period of time adds up in a hurry. Sure, I'll get that money back when I settle, but, it leaves next to no room for pooning.



I have admitted to looking for SP's at a much, much, lower rate. They are definitely out there. I haven't gone for an SP that was under two Robert Bordens (Giggity). A lot that has to do with the fact a lot of those girls seem like they are being "managed," which is not good.

I'm not sure why or how Walmart got thrown into this, but, why wouldn't you shop there? A lot of good Chinese people died to ensure we get rock bottom prices!

I hate the very concept of WalMart personally but it is a bit hypocritical as I complain about them but have actually never stepped foot in one. I am a die-hard small business supporter. I figure it costs me, at most, about $5000 to $10000 a year, at most, to not big box my purchases and my personal choice is that such is a small price to pay for the ability to support the backbone of our economy. Just a personal choice and one I just happen to make - not judging but if more people did the same, the cost differential would get smaller too. I like to know the name of the guy who owns the store I get my meat at, the name of the tailor who made my suits, the name of the mechanic who tunes my car, etc.
