Are we talking cars or women here?

What!?! So a wealthy person can't enjoy a McD's hamburger because they have the money to dispense on more luxurious hamburgers? Can't the wealthy person appreciate good value when they see it? In her case, value (and honesty) is being requested. Vehicles are one of the many objects where the average person doesn't have much knowledge so mechanics can take advantage of them and claim all sorts of faults. Where does it lie that higher price requires higher end maintenance.
It occurs to me that I have spent more on cars than on women... but I have had more fun with women than cars! Hmmmm... perhaps I need to re-evaluate my priorities... ok done! I hereby commit to spend more each year on women than I do on cars... ;)

Sage advice...

Grab a copy of Lemon-Aid car buyer's guide. They tell you what problems you can expect with your vehicle, also tell you where to get copies of the DEALER's service bulletins and which problems you can force the dealer to fix. Might help if your car is still under warranty.
That way you will be able to get all the warranty work done before you trade the car in! Electrical problems are to a car what demon possession is to a person - unbelievably nasty! Let me explain...

I used to have a '86 GMC truck, bought new and ran fine for three years, began, after it had been running for a couple of hours, to play "headlight-roulette"... low-beam, high-beam, off... in various patterns and lengths... not so great when you are blasting down the highway....no one believed me... and no one could find and fix the problem... I just traded it in... at another dealership than the one that assured me that there was no problem with the electrical system.

So, buy the lemon aide guide, get the warranty work done, and if it is still not better... find a priest and have the demon exorcised... and if that all still doesn't work... trade the damn thing in!
