Unfortunately, no matter what a site owner tries, there are still ladies who will post their adds in the wrong section. I checked the the Vancouver Island listings and there are a lot of adds from girls in Metro Vancouver. If I was going to be in Vancouver I would check the Vancouver section, there is no need to spam the other sections.

maybe because posting ads in interior is cheaper of free versus posting in Vancouver section, has something to do with it?

every website is designed with specified resolution in mind as a default.
try switching your screen to a higher resolution. That's is true not only for ERS but all other websites you might have trouble to see properly

Removing the Feature Section was a mistake. Should not have to use filters to find the verified or the ethnicity. The Feature Section did that admirably. Even if you use the filters it is a convoluted mess and I think it hurts many of the Independents who are not white. The side bar starts way too low, because of the near useless filters. Having to open the ad to see the name of the provider is inconvenient at best. I realize Nik is trying to make a living and his efforts were not cheap, but I think designing it this way will cost him in the long run. I think he should revisit some of the design decisions.

The more I use it the more I miss the old site. Please make it so people can choose to use the old set up or the new as they see fit.

Update:
-Posters Name is now displayed in the preview on the listings page
-Reduced the width of the advanced search and right column ads.
-1 hour rate is now optional for advertisers when posting or editing their ads.

From a stats point of view:
-The site is keeping the same traffic, bounce rate has not increased, minutes spent on site by each user is the same
- Volume of ads as expected decreased but overall advertiser spending is the same.

Feedback:
-Negative regarding layout and responsiveness

The good news is:
-The negative feedback as mentioned before is all isolated to items which can be fixed relatively fast. We have acknowledged them and are addressing them urgently.

I like the fact that yu can set your filter for age,price, ethnicity and location

Only thing that troubles me is it doesn't seem optimized for blackberry but that's okay.

We are working on just that right now.

Also, what's with the red 'Take Cover' button. I have a dozen T.V. channels that give me the news, I don't come on here to read the news.

That's a "Panic Button", or "Boss Button". A quick escape from the page if someone catches you browsing at work, or anywhere you don't expect to be interrupted.

I'm really missing the old ERS. This version is slow and choppy. There's nothing you can do now you couldn't before. You could always filter out asian ads, this isn't new.

the 'keyword search' function and the 'sort by' function should be at the top right hand portion of the page - where almost every other advertising website in the world has them. this what the user is used to and that is where he will be looking for them

the 'advanced search' functions can be at the bottom, but a user should be able to click on an 'advanced search' button that immediately takes you to it

and while i'm at it, i might as well voice a rant that no doubt all the pooners have, and that is no escort should be allowed to advertise on the site who does not provide the cost of her services - it can be buried in her ad, but it should be there for a shopper to see! (and filter on)

Some ladies don't put rates in their ads for various reasons, I don't, I put them on my site. Some also don't put their names in their ads, because asian ladies like to come along and steal them to hopefully gain their customers .. had that happen one too many times.

The "Take Cover" mode should change the tab title to something safer. Right now it's good for masking the page contents but someone could still see what you're doing if they looked at the tabs.

That will filter out most of the ads. A couple of days ago you said you would allow no rates for a month and then make them rates mandatory. Is this still the case?

If people have multiple offers of times and rates that can still be mentioned in the text. I thought that the rate/ethnicity filtering was THE killer feature of the new site.

For this verified process Nik, is it possible to only allow those verified pictures to be posted?

I know there are some girls, mostly the asian managed ones, that get verified then switch photos.
