Envelopes are standard for me. Though one time with one of my regulars (before covid kicked in), I decided to be playful and put the donation in my teeth and had her seductively take it from me. She got a good laugh out of that one.

Hahaha that’s too funny! Do you find it awkward or uncouth if someone leaves subtly places money (without an envelope) on a counter for example? Is it a faux pas?

I personally give 0 shits but I know some providers do.

Do you pre-tip in the envelope? I do if it’s a repeat thingy, or round up.

Never gave it that much thought, since most of my providers are now Downtown my mind is pre ocuppied with dealing with the traffic, parking, finding the place on time.

I just forget.

I always use an envelope. I make sure they see me put it down somewhere conspicuous just after I’m in the door.

A wad of cash on the counter before entering the bathroom has always been well received. Count it when ever or where ever. If it is a provider that knows me and is trusting I will usually put my wallet in plain site with a bulge of bills showing. As a previous post states, if requested an envolope would be used.
Providers are not impressed with johns that can’t respect their written instructions. As so many say please read add or website carefully. Doing so goes a long way to earning their respect.

Providers dont like to be called hookers or prostitues and clients dont like to be called "JOHNS' either. Equality or whatever.

I have never been asked to do it and I never do it anymore. I used envelopes two three times when I started this hobby but then I noticed that none of them really seemed to be bothered either way. So I stopped. I just hand it to them as I enter.
Sometimes I get a chuckle when I think about it because it reminds of the routine people had to follow while at the 'soup nazi's".

That's interesting. Most of the ladies here prefer the envelope so I use it. It never occurred to me to just hand it to them. Might do that next time.

Completely spazzed out one time and innocently forgot envelope (yes, always use), and /or to have the agreed to amount already set aside. I had to whip out my wallet and pray that I had the $ to cover . Totally humiliating…

I didn’t use the term Hooker or Prostitute.
I used the term John to be slightly derogatory.
What should I have called us Perb, Hobbiest,
Ya I know. Customer or Client. You do know us clients are criminals in Canadian Law. Should I have used criminal?

I think its a nice gesture to receive an envelope although I do prefer they keep it in their jacket or pocket until they get inside the incall. During Christmas I'm sure its ok to walk around with an envelope in your hand in public view yet normal times I don't feel that it's very private to display it in your hand. I had a client arrive one time with it in their hand walking from their car and it looked odd lol. I actually leave an envelope on the counter for the client to put the money in upon arrival. It's their choice if they want to put it inside or place it on top.
