Legends was not the one going over time in Emma's sessions. She did not get double booked, she was just taking way too long in her sessions, and you fell victim. She asked me to place the apology, because she felt bad.
You would have been brought to a room sooner, but there was none. 5 girls in session and 5 rooms. The receptionist had to wait until a room opened up to get you in. The receptionist job is to slide the white sheet under the door to inform the SP that thier next appointment is here. Because of the domino effect, she was carded all day, over and over. Or have a max 45 minute stay, which is really the reality anyway. If you book back to back apointments on the hour, and a guy pays for an hour, how are you supposed to stay on time?

I am agree with you 'TooMuchFun22'. I have had more than 3 experiences like this that I had to wait more that 15 minutes and end up getting less than 45 minutes of my session time, because now SP would rush to get to next appointment.

I'm with you completely. Yeah, let's just blame the girls...I believe it's the studio making the back to back appts...not the girls. Correct me if I'm wrong. Why is it that I've been to every studio and this only happens at Legends? Bad girls, or bad bookings? I believe the latter.

To pay for the studio and to pay for the receptionist / manager model there is a way higher overhead at legends.

The downfall - I went to Legends on time for my scheduled appt, they didn't give me a room until 15 after the hour and not just 30 minutes later white envelopes started coming in under the door. Legends - 1 out of 10 - What's going on? It wasn't this bad with Nikita/Sineh ran the show. I haven't been a huge fan of the new management/regulations in place.[/QUOTE]
Have had to wait for the next bus before, but after waiting for it, it made the complete full journey till the destination was completed, never has a bus made someone get off 30 minutes into the hour bus ride.

As the Perberite said earlier, he was late into a room, and she got the card after 1/2 hour he did not like that. So Emma is running behind, and the customer is the one who suffers, and then Ariel blames Emma for being new.
You are funny Vienna, you defend Legends blindly, when if you were slightly smarter, you would read and reflect, and then answer.
Legends is an ambitious studio, it wants to be the best. But there are plenty of Perberites who have some issues with the service.
You can read back on my posts and there are very few negative reviews.
I have had great sessions at Legends with Melissa, Britanny, Tiara, and others, an Average session with you becasue you took me in the room, told me to shower, and then came back and said oops tee hee you are double booked we only really have 15 minutes "but don't worry I will give you a discount"
I do know what goes into having a great session and most of it is attitude on the clients part.
Problem is if we find an hour to book at your studio, sometimes we only have an hour to spend, so if we are delayed say 1/2 an hour, it is frustrating. NOBODY likes to have their time wasted, it is insulting.
I have a simple question for Perberites.
OF ALL THE STUDIOS THAT YOU VISIT, WHICH ONE HAS THE MOST ISSUES WITH WAITING IN THE ROOM OR THE WAITING ROOM, DELAYS, OR SESSIONS BEING RUSHED BECASUE THE SP IS NOTFIED SOMEONE IS WAITING.
So the "wait your turn" attitude, isn't really fair now is it, especially becasue the frustration that goes along with it ultimately affects your session.
Again, read carefully. IT IS THE STUDIOS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE CLIENTS GET TIMELY APPOINTMENTS, AND COMPLETE SESSIONS THAT AREN'T RUSHED BECASUE OF OVER BOOKING.

The guy was ripped off, and he has the right to say so, and I applaud him, even though he knew full well that the Legend attack squad would pounce on him like rabid pit bulls, and I know of many others that have had similar experience BUT are not willing to suffer the Legends wrath, and now pass on Legends altogether

I have never gone to a mp in Edmonton and after reading this and all the other posts about them, and the way guys are shorted, I can't understand why anyone else would either. I would save my money and fly a girl from out of town in even if it was only once a year before I would participate in the crap I read about in posts like these. At the risk of dragging this "Legends-bashing" on, I also feel that both TooMuchFun22 and mikael brought up some very valid points. The fact is, the pooners here have been "complaining" for months that they are consistently shown into the room late, and often times had their sessions cut short.
Management seems to be aware of this issue but decided "shit happens". Numerous pooners have suggested 1 hr 15 min between bookings but that suggestion has been ignored.
Let's focus only on the labor front. The thing that I really cannot understand is how girls that "see" consecutive clients for 6 or 7 hours straight with minimal breaks. Are the Legends girls not humans? How can these girls so easily to continue sharing their most intimate moments with complete strangers? Doesn't the girls find their work both physically and psychologically draining? Or have they completely desensitized themselves?
I am not an SP but having been the customer and seen first hand what they do, I feel sorry for what they sometimes have to go through.
One question that remains unanswered: Would an extra 15 minutes between appointment be beneficial to the SP? I like to see some girls comment on this, so we can better understand if this is a choice made by the employees or the employer.

The last Legends SP who was this popular lasted just a tad over a month and now she's gone permanently (I think). I really doubt if she'll ever be back to the studio (or any studio) let alone the business. . .
