Unfortunately I do not take 45 mins in session unless that it what the client requests. Maybe I did with you becaue I did not enjoy your company. By your attitude on here do you blame me?

I have never seen so many ppl continue to complain in my life as they have did over and over with Legends. If you do not like it, read carefully...DO NOT COME THEN.
By you having a piss poor attitude I am glad I do not see you or have any clients who see me who are like you. Instead of 45 mins you would get ZERO minutes.
All in all I don't care, I just wish ppl would quit the damn bs constant nagging with Legends. If it were any other studio, all this nonsense would not be such a big deal. You guys make it like life or death.

It was a serious question. What did you mean Emma just needs to learn her routine.
As the Perberite said earlier, he was late into a room, and she got the card after 1/2 hour he did not like that. So Emma is running behind, and the customer is the one who suffers, and then Ariel blames Emma for being new.
You are funny Vienna, you defend Legends blindly, when if you were slightly smarter, you would read and reflect, and then answer.
Legends is an ambitious studio, it wants to be the best. But there are plenty of Perberites who have some issues with the service.
You can read back on my posts and there are very few negative reviews.
I have had great sessions at Legends with Melissa, Britanny, Tiara, and others, an Average session with you becasue you took me in the room, told me to shower, and then came back and said oops tee hee you are double booked we only really have 15 minutes "but don't worry I will give you a discount"
I do know what goes into having a great session and most of it is attitude on the clients part.
Problem is if we find an hour to book at your studio, sometimes we only have an hour to spend, so if we are delayed say 1/2 an hour, it is frustrating. NOBODY likes to have their time wasted, it is insulting.
I have a simple question for Perberites.
OF ALL THE STUDIOS THAT YOU VISIT, WHICH ONE HAS THE MOST ISSUES WITH WAITING IN THE ROOM OR THE WAITING ROOM, DELAYS, OR SESSIONS BEING RUSHED BECASUE THE SP IS NOTFIED SOMEONE IS WAITING.
So the "wait your turn" attitude, isn't really fair now is it, especially becasue the frustration that goes along with it ultimately affects your session.
Again, read carefully. IT IS THE STUDIOS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE CLIENTS GET TIMELY APPOINTMENTS, AND COMPLETE SESSIONS THAT AREN'T RUSHED BECASUE OF OVER BOOKING.
