Any tips on how to maximize my workouts? I have just started training for my first triathalon.
What should I eat the night before a long 10km the next day for example. overload on carbs?
Is eating a salad with carbs a good thing a few hours before a workout? what about after? protein? is milk after a myth?
or after a 30km bike ride?
Any advice would be appreciated. and yes i am researching on-line, as well
