My advice Jerbear (I have met him and he is a sweetheart) is to contact the lady of your choice directly, rather asking here.

There often is ambiguity in advertising and it doesn't hurt to ask for clarification. Asking a lady "do you do FS" when her site says "no full service" is another story. I will soon be updating my own site and will state my personal limits more explicitly.
