Does paid advertisers have immunity from bad reviews?

Im just curious to know why are some reviews getting deleted. What is the criteria to meet so that I can follow. The reason Im asking is that I dont want to put too much effort into my reviews if there is a possibility that it will be removed. Im also paranoid to post any future reviews of paid escorts from this board for fear of the backlash. I heard you guys can delete bad reviews of a paid SP if she wants. Is it true that paid advertisers enjoy immunity from adverse criticism and have the option to have it requested for removal at their disposal?

Please be advised that Im not questioning your policies or decisions. Im also not seeking reinstatement of any deleted threads. All I want to insure is that it doesnt happen to me, so as long as you can tell me what criteria to follow, I will play by the rules. I just dont want my hardwork to be deleted therefore if the above is true then I will only stick to reviewing unpaid escorts here.

If a girl wants to be on a Do Not Review list then she can ask that NO reviews be allowed of her at all.
There is no ability to pick and choose what reviews of a girl get to stay and what ones go. Unless the review itself violated some sense of common decorum.

I have given paid advertisers negative reviews in the past, some have even caused some girls to stop coming to Edmonton due to the drop in business the negative review has generated. However I also am always willing to try a PERB paid advertiser/or even a active community girl since to me it means they know about reviews and respect the system enough to take part in it.

Also if a girl decides to be on the Do Not Review list then its up to us as a community to put her on our Do Not See list.

Vancouver has a much more active community so when a Mod takes down a thread he may not have the time to explain why, however I think its very important they do explain why a thread has been removed or locked every time. If you have the time to remove it or lock it, make the time to explain your actions.

I understand why some girls don't like reviews and I can respect that. When I see guys posting about busting a nut in a SPs face in very graphic language it can be off putting. Acronyms were invented for a reason.
The mods need to do more to try and encourage guys to post in a more respectful way, as there are many trolls who will post things that make girls uncomfortable. Even if a girl is comfortable with you busting a nut in her face she may not be all that comfortable with you vividly describing it blow by blow on the internet for 1000s of other people.

End of the day though to me its all about us guys and if a girl doesn't like it, tough titty, I think the Do Not Review list should not exist or at least be sticky at the top of each city. Otherwise it causes people to think there's conspirators abound.

Thank you for saying this and understanding. Personally, I prefer honest but not totally candid reviews. I think a lot of girls modify their behaviour with a client to best suit what they are both going to enjoy.. when one client reads a review about an intense all out fuckfest that includes acronyms that go from a to z and back he is thinking about the girl, not whether or not he is capable of the same level of physical participation as the client that wrote the review, or even the conditions that might have added to the experience (location, length of date, familiarity with the client). Despite the impression many people have that the escort is the deciding factor for the whether or not the experience is an out of this world experience, the old expression "it takes two to tango" still applies. regardless, I can only offer an opinion here, but I think threads are deleted at the mods discretion.. not the providers. After all, bad reviews and reviews that the paid providers take issue with do stand on the board fairly often.

perhaps you would get a better sense of whether or not you agree with how reviews are culled here if you message one of the mods directly about a review that is deleted and ask why they saw fit to do so

Advertisers are welcome to do whatever they are comfortable with and us as customers are also welcome to spend our money wherever we are comfortable spending it! Personally I will not see an un-reviewed SP. PERIOD!

The privilege of getting critical reviews deleted is probably the second biggest incentive for SPs to get a PERB account. Sustaining this site costs money—and we can't really blame PERB's owners for wanting to break even or make a little profit.

So chances are high any seriously unfavorable review of a PERB advertiser you write will get pulled—either because the SP in question makes that specific request or she's already on the secret DoNotReview list. That's just a fact of life around here. Get used to it.

The DNR list is top secret because publicizing it would obviously deter quite a few pooners from seeing the ladies on this list.


What probably disturbed you, brother—and prompted your concern in this post—is that several rather brilliant reviews by Yaletownguy got recently pulled.

Here's a guy who languished in the trenches of matrimony for 30 years and wants to see 50 SPs, just so he can reconnect with female sexual energy. You'd think SPs would understand and wholeheartedly support him, especially since he has unlimited funds to blow on this quest.

And sure enough, wonderful SPs have come through for him: most notably, Kristy, Quintessential Taylor, Only Mia Matters, Lacey Yung, Amy Anderson, Violet Blake, VeryVeronica, Sandi Laine, Claire Frost, Ashley Lawrence, JessicaXXX, Megan in Yaletown, CuddlyCloe, Naughty Natalie, Hailie VonTease, Serina.

I now find myself fantasizing—and budgeting—to see some of them.

But then there're ladies like Joyful Olivia, Jennifer23, Milan, the other Mia, Pamela Yaletown, Tessa Sweet (Arianna Royale), Kennedy (BabyG), Sasha Carmelle, Autumn Yaletown, Jennybythbeach and finally what's-her-name? Abigal Slime or something.

Sounds like these are either trainwrecks, or dead fish, or no-show flakes, or narcissistic twits. Frankly, what impresses me about YTG's intelligently critical reviews of them—both the two or three that got pulled and those that didn't—is what a relatively high proportion of SPs don't seem to have their act together.

By seeing mostly Western Indys, YTG has encountered more bumps on pooner's road in a week than I've encountered with micro girls in years.

As YTG and many others found out the hard way, unless you stick to a smallish group of favorably reviewed (and expensive) ladies, there's just no real consistency with Western Indys.

Makes you wish Indy SPs had a professional association that boots out blatant deadbeats or flakes who treat pooners with contempt, rather than just relying on DNR lists and getting negative reviews pulled.

In the meantime, some of us may want to stick mostly to Asian SPs whose papasans or mamasans exercise a bit of quality control. That we can write honest reviews about them—and so more easily avoid the duds—is an added bonus.

I am not calling your reviews dishonest but many people including me have commented on your tendencies to overstate the score for looks. I understand we can have very different standards for looks but surely when you turn aunties into 9s that that goes well beyond simply different standards.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, obviously he's 'into' that look so when you read his reviews keep that in mind. Do you think he should modify his reviews so that they fit your standard?

No but I think he is romanticizing the looks of those aunties that he sees and I am far from the only one who thinks that. I automatically subtract 3 points from his look's ratings, so his 9 is probably a 6 for me at best.

I agree. You get to realize which pooners have similar taste and sometimes it is related to the age of the pooner. I enjoy most reviews but I base whether or not the reviewed escort is someone I would potentially see partly on who is reviewing her.

I have had 3 bad reviews that still stand as they were fair and I deserved them. I took full responsibility for my actions, I made the changes that needed to be made so I wouldn't have this happen in the future and I handled it with maturity and class.

I am a very well respected SP with a great reputation and I appreciate all reviews good or bad ... as long as they are honest and as I said before my 3 negative reviews still stand I took full responsibility for them, I changed what I needed to change and I am a better person and sp for it

It is simple, if you are an escort who pays her perb advertising fees you can have a review removed easily. If you catch it before anyone sees it then you are lucky enough to pretend it never existed. I know it is possible to sweet talk an mod into removing very harsh or paralyzingly embarrassing reviews also if you are not a paid member but I am not sure how many times a girl can do that. I mean some girls may have more influence then others but I wouldn't know anything about that.
