The problem is that people are lazy and use internet abbreviations. Until the advent of internet review boards, a blowjob meant uncovered oral sex culminating with ejaculation in the giver's mouth. Anything less was just oral foreplay. When guys started posting reviews, they used the abbreviations BBBJ and CBJ instead of writing "uncovered oral" and "covered oral". IMO, tThe British term OWO (oral without) is much better than BBBJ, because it doesn't imply completion.
Before I go on, I will state that I do not (and have never) offered BBBJ (let alone CIM lol).........
Having been in the industry (various levels) off and on for many years, I will say that before review boards came into existance (or gained more popularity at least) - a BJ meant it was always covered. GFE was not common a few years ago. Perhaps BBBJ was common outdoors on "low track"... but certainly was not on the menu elsewhere. In fact if one was an outdoor working girl on "high track" (these girls are indoors now, and likely on CL), she would risk a beating if it was found out that she was providing BBBJ.

I can't equate it to work, (I don't offer bbbj) but I can talk about personal experiences.
I love to give head if the man is clean, well groomed, and healthy. There is a certain feeling of power that comes with giving a blow job that makes the mans knees shake, and he can't stand. If I am with the guy, I could not imagine giving a blow job without swallowing. From my experience with giving head (since I was about 15) The blow jobs that are done right until the end seem to be more intense for my partner, then the ones where you stop, pull away abruptly or worse throw up, hahaha. However I will not do cim even with a partner if I do not like his diet. Sperm comes in all kinds of textures and tastes. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit like pineapples if you want to make the person doing cim happy,
I'm a vegetarian, and a health food nut. I eat tons of fruit and yogurt and I know for a fact, that I taste clean. I do not know about the random strangers out there looking for bbbj. I do not offer it for more reasons other than just that one, lol. It is something to think about, though. However, since you jumped the gun - no.. I personally will never offer BBBJ/CIM for fear of contracting something. For me, it is also something I plan to share, once in a relationship someday.

Saying BBBJ=CIM is like saying FS=BBFS, they're not the same. Having said that I'm a firm believer that a bbbj should have the option of a CIM and preferably a face glazed like a donut like BJ hunter suggested. Spitting is just rude and amateurish
