Saw an ad for an escort from one day ago, but noticed the number was an odd prefix, which turned out to be a Toronto number.
No prob, escorts tour.

Before calling, I did a search on the name, and found the exact ad, pictures and all, and offering In and out calls in Missasaugua, that was a few hours old.

I assume there's some kind of scam going on, but I don't see how. If she's even real and I call from BC, but she's in Ontario, what's the gain?

Canada wide scam for deposits.

They used to advertise from the same account on leolist and you only had to scroll down the page and click on the other ads to see which other provinces/markets they were advertising. The unsophisticated still do but most use multiple accounts these days . Good on you to do the extra leg work

Probably a deposit scam. You call or text or whatever and « she » gives you a condo or hotel address and all is well. You arrive and “she” has some bogus story about not wanting to get ripped off or other BS and tries to convince you to get send an e-transfer or go to the coincidentally nearby convenience store to by a gift card to prove you’re “for real.” Guess how it ends 🤣

This happens all the time, it's been noted in several forums, the same ad in 4 or 5 cities across Canada on the same day. Deposit scams one and all. Sometimes it's lot, sometimes it's a little bit, to make it easier to slide past a horny or drunk pooner.

Same number, same pics, you text and get promised all kinds of things, including PSE service, the service that shall not be named and more for 300 an hour. They ask where you are texting from, even though they have posted the ad as incall. They give you an address from a hotel in your area. Just a few rules before you go to heaven sweetie, I just need half the fee upfront, to ensure you are going to show up......
