Was observing a couple I know during a barbque we attended. He's in his early 60's and she's mid 50's.

Not only does her face look much more wrinkled than his, but her arms were saggy, the skin on her legs and arms rougher and she generally looked more tired.

I know genetics plays a part, but both are outside a lot, live an active lifestyle and have a "weathered", or outdoorsy look. She just looks more aged.

Most men I know look youger for their age, and most women look older.

Do Women Age Faster Than Men?

Tried to get this down to one sentence when i was working at a retail store. I noticed that with A lot marred couples It Seemed to happen more often with the older ones One partner would tend to be Verbally dominant and abusive towards the other. The partner that received the most verbal abuse looked the oldest . Regardless of sex or age .

Tell me more about this. I've never heard about this. Where can I get it?
research it. very hard to get as if you use it incorrectly it will kill you and in a horrible way. you will basically cook yourself from the inside out. very painful death. used properly (mainly by bodybuilders) it will burn fat like a motherfucker with minimal catabolization of muscle. however the sides are still pretty tough. constant sweating and extreme lethargy the main two.

For God's sake ladies stay out of the tanning booth!

Nothing looks worse than a beautiful woman with facial colour and texture like a new football.

DNP, like Clenbuterol but more powerful and dangerous. Not for casual users.
I tried clen before the dnp. found the sides actually worse. heart racing all the time, and feeling jittery. didn't like it so stopped after a week. did more research and discovered clen is basically for someone with an already low bodyfat percentage trying to knock off that last couple percent right before a show.

The effective dose and lethal dose of DNP are very close, it is very easy to kill yourself.
Any illicit product can vary wildly in dosage: you think you are doing 125mg but may be doing 500mg.
That's an issue with any bootleg product, you can study it all you want but you never really know what you are putting into your body.
Most bootleg Viagra and Cialis is very well made counterfeit. People want so badly to believe it is real.

Some really odd advice in this thread. Fat burners don't make a person look more youthful. I would never try that garbage nor the otc crap you can get at a supplement store. Less than 10% BF on anyone over 40 may look okay from the neck down but an old lean face makes a person look older than they really are. There are a ton of guys and gals in the gym with toned or muscular bodies who look older than their age.

My tips are fairly simple. Drink plenty of water, sufficient healthy oils and have a balanced diet which includes indulgences on weekends. Exercise with cardio and heavier weight training is especially important for the over 40 male crowd. And get enough sleep!

Smoking, hard liquor, fast and excessive processed foods along with sun worshipping or tanning are all must haves for those who want to look old.

Another big deal is our response to stress. I think a laid back chill attitude contributes to a youthful look.

As for who ages faster, Selma Hayek, Jennifer Lopez and Halle Berry all around 50 look younger than Clooney and Pitt when they were the same age. Lots of variables...some out of our control but I don't think how we look as we age is tied to gender.

I probably looked pretty crappy when I dropped my flab. I definitely have that crepey skin. Feeling so much better offsets that.

A lot of papers are supporting Carb reduction recently, and disputing the low fat dogma. Just read one that showed low carbohydrate diets increased fat oxidation up to 50%. No need for fat burners if you diet carefully.

Wetnose posted the Lancet one while I was writing this.
