I once had someone wait a month before telling me she had a son. She explained that at first she just thought it would be like most dating and didn’t really think it would go as far as her liking me more than the usual just dating around, but after a month she felt we might be seeing each other for a while and now felt it was a good idea to put it out there and make sure I was ok w it before continuing. It made sense .

Why tell someone if you really don’t know if its going to go somewhere.
While I think a month might be a little long I would say if after 3 dates if things seem to be going well, then it’s probably a good time.

In reality I don’t think it was intentional, however unintentional, was also crafty because after a month if you’re still seeing someone thats about the time you’re likely just starting to warm up to them and more willing to let things slide.

If they are looking for a longterm relationship, you should tell them. the vast majority of guys would not want to consider a sex worker for a longterm relationship.
Even if its for something more casual, It would probably annoy them to know that they have to put in way more effort , while other guys just toss a couple hundred dollars at you and get the sex easier.
Its also embarrassing to be seen on a date with a sex worker, and bad for the guys reputation.
They are also gonna find out eventually.

honest question: how is it any different than when a woman wants to have a one night stand with the guy who is broke and dumb but he is tall , handsome jacked and has a 6 pack. but when she wants to settle down for a relationship she wants a man who is smart, stable, and wealthy? do you get upset at woman who do that? because thats like 99% of woman I went to college with haha.

Already said a lot about this topic and ultimately telling the truth is the best course of action but timing matters. Telling too early before other side knows you as a person, or telling too late that when other person or you are too invested in the relationship, both are having consequences.

Being someone who used to date and live with a Courtesan for over 7 years, I'll say go for it and tell your potential partner in the beginning before both sides got too emotionally involved. If he was good with it like I was(after a lot of sleepless nights and soul searching and decided that my love for her was deeper than her line of work), then it will turn out to be a great relationship. We still talked about our work days but not in details about the clients or what they did. It was more on personal safety and emotional support. It sounds easy for this line of work but in fact, it is the opposite because not every client is a nice gentleman. As a partner, you also need to make her feel comfortable enough to express her feeling and frustration. Intimacy was excellent and the most important thing is for both to agree on a particular service that she will never provide to a client but just her partner. Monogamous... a g/f who works as a SP can actually be quite jealous though we thought it might be the opposite being her in that line of work. But the trade-off is that they are usually extremely loyal and trustworthy. What I meant is they won't go out or fuck some guys for one nighter behind your back besides when she is working. Whereas normal girls these days can go to bed with us tonight and then go out with some dude tomorrow morning when we are at work!
